MVVIA INSURE NON COMPLIANCE

I signed up for a vehicle warranty and a service plan on my Land Rover Discovery 4. As I had no service history on the vehicle, I informed them of this. Gess wat, the first claim on the warrany they ask for the service history, the claim, after a year, was for front upper end lower control arms which got damaged due to a pothole. Claim amount R1600 some odd rands, they approved R1300 for repairs. The are very quick to ***** your monthly contributions but very reluctant to pay. You are paying them so that you yourself can carry the risk. Now my vehicle need a service as prescribed in the oem specs, now you cant take the vehicle to the agents to fit genuin parts, it must be generic. You get a service plan for a vehicle where the plan contain the vehicle specs. Just received an email where the specs of the vehicle is required before they can continue with the claim. All just play around to frustrate the client to a point where the plans are canvelled so that they can walk away with your hard earnd money in their pockets. I want ro reccomend any potential client to stay away from MVIA INSURE. Frustration one ontop of the other
