MVIA TYRE INSURANCE (TRASH ADMINISTRATION)

Their tyre and rim Insurance has Zero sense of urgency. I my tyre claim was approved and an authorisation letter was provided. When I approached the approved service provider they mentioned that they couldn’t assist since they haven’t received payment. I called called them back to try to find out which approved service provider/s do I need to approach for assistance and they mentioned that they are not allowed to mention them, and now I have to keep amending the approval letter and drive around like a headless chicken approaching each and every tyre service provider enquiring whether they can fix my tyre without any payments guarantee of payment.
