MVIA; the worst Service ever

Today a friend of mine, who doesn’t know about Hellopeter spent 8 hours where his car is being fixed waiting for authorisation from MVIA. He made several calls, even the the service provider tried their best to assist; after picking the call once they decided to ignore calls, not received email… after million attempts out of desperation, they finally responded to the email, saying my friend should submit some documents which were submitted in September; they they realised that they have documents, they then said his wife should send an email authorising the husband to make a claim on her behalf; it was already 4pm when they remembered that a wife needs to send authorisation of a claim sent in Sept. The service provider was so cooperative that they only needed a letter from this MVIA saying the claim is valid, he is their client, they will pay, they are only waiting for some documents, the car can be released to the owner!

To all other potential customers, take this *********** MVIA at your own risk. Their main mission is never to pay even clear claims that have no glitches whatsover.
