MVIA the worst company on the planet

My cover was transferred from Apex to MVIA . Worst of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service and I would not advise anyone to take the policy with them. They do not check up on their emails, documents sent allegedly don't reach them , one needs to follow up on them. . If I could give less than 0 star believe me I would. I told all my colleagues about this company.
