MVIA selling lies

I took out a warranty plan from MVIA in January 2024 with the optional scratch and dent policy. When I lodged my 1st claim to repair my door it was rejected due to protest action not covered. The 2nd claim was lodged 28 August 2024, also rejected. They now claim its pre existing damage. This company is looking for excuses not to pay but they see no problem debiting my account every month. The reason for the 1st rejection is not even applicable to the scratch and dent portion of this policy. The only listed exclusions are 1. If the maintenance or repairs is not repairable using paintless dent removal, touch-up, polishing or buffing methods 2. Pre-existing damage 3. Hail damage The 2nd reason is also not just an excuse. I have requested an immediate cancelation of the scratch and dent portion of this warranty plan.
