MVIA Poor Customer Service

I Have to echo what has been said by other customers of MVIA Insure. They are the pits. I took my car in for the service for the first time using this company's service plan offer. The service garage waited all day for authorization from their service department. They do not respond to emails if you phone you are in a long cue of 20 to 30 people waiting in the queue. I then called customer service to complain after explaining the issue and they said I had to speak to the service department for authorization this was almost 16h00. I expressed my unhappiness but I was not being rude then the lady abruptly just cut me off. I have been servicing my car at the dealers for a long time and I have never had to get involved or wait all day for authorization. Not impressed at all by MVIA customer service. I cannot recommend them at all try another reputable company instead of dealing with this unprofessional company
