MVIA Mutual Frderal

First I took the car to Toyota to do an assessment,they said it's the starter and will be R6000. Then I called MVIA and one of your representatives told me it's all covered up to R10000. After that I took the vehicle to Toyota fill in all the necessary paperwork mailed it to you. They confirmed to me all was good and approved that they can repair the car. I collect it and all was in order. After that I called you guys again asked if everything was fine and a lady assured me everything was fine,that she only needed the mail again. I went to Toyota again and asked the admin lady to mail it to the specific mail adres,after that I followed up again and one of your representatives told me all is good now,they only needed fotos front and back. I send the fotos to Toyota. After following up again you guys said only foto of the odometer reading. I send that as requested. And now you let me know the claim is canceled. Why will they ever do the work if the claim has not been approved. This is totally unacceptable. All the procedures have been followed and the approval was confirmed with me and the dealership.
