MVIA Motor Warranty - Think Twice

Very upset with MVIA motor Warranty. Think twice before you buy. I bought a policy and the water pump needed replacing at a servicer. They declined to pay saying it was a previos fault. This is the reason you take out an Warranty plan on a used car to cover for such events. I was told to lodge a dispute and complaint. In more than a month I have not heard from them. They take your money happily saying its to cover you in case someting goes wrong. Then when it does go wrong they refuse to live up to their promise and do not pay. The water pump has cost me R 10 K
