MVIA ( Motor plan Direct)

I purchased a Motor warranty from Motor Plan Direct. This was the second time I tried to claim. The first time they came back to me and told me it was wear and tear and iI could not claim. My suspension airbag exploded on my Jeep. They told me that they could only pay out if it Broken . How this is defined I don't know. The second time which is now my vehicle key broke. This is the electronic big bulky Key for the car. I got 2 quotes from 2 independent Jeep dealers in Sandton. The one Quote called the Key "a Remote control" but the other dealership called the key a"Remote control integrated FOB". Both are correct as this key can be called one of 3 names being 1) an FOB 2) a Intergrated key FOB 3) a Transponder Key. In the policy, the key is referred to as a Transponder Key thus MVIA does not know the difference so they decided to shoot my claim down and not pay out. A representative of MVIA who called me refused to listen to me. I then asked to speak to a senior and again she refused. I then asked to speak to the assessor and again she refused me. I then asked to speak to the director and again I was refused. In my anger, I slammed the phone down and tried calling the switchboard. Since our call, I have not been able to get through to them on any lines. Is this the piece of mind I expected when I took out an extended warranty for my safe being? Please listen to me and never get extended covers on your vehicle from MVIA (Motorplan Direct). They are part of Old Mutual.
