MVIA is the worst at customer services

As a new customer I am appalled by the lack of customer service at MVIA. I sent through my Dekra multipoint inspection more than 4 x from September, emailed, called and no response and today on the 21/11/2023 I received an sms to say I haven't sent it.

The team leader Kin is a waste of time. The call centre agents are all up to no good.

The one who pays their salary has to beg them for a service!
