Mvia is a ****

Been a client of them for while now and they have no problem with deducting funds each month but when I submitted a claim they rejected it saying that I'm not covered for the part, but my policy states I'm covered. When I called them to ask what's going on the consultant was rude and did not want to help me. I pay almost a R1000 a month and they refused to help me with a claim that is not that expensive. I will advise everyone not to fall for this ****.
