MVIA ***** INSURER

Good day, if your are sourcing for vehicle extended maintenance insurance, do youself a favour and search pass MVIA the worst ever communication, service and meeting your expectation is ZERO to NUN. I had to follow-up on my claim continually and demand some form of response from them. My vehicle was at the workshop for 3 weeks and eventually I had to pay for the full invoice yet the claim component was authorized at a previous workshop (Reeds) and I just moved the vehicle to an affordable RMI. Sadly the authorized component was now rejected...what am I missing it's beyond me why even bother with insurance when you have to fork out the money in any case.

Whoever does research before signing up STAY AWAY from MVIA they are ******
