Mvia insure unprofessional ****s when coming to payouts

Took a motor warranty with this company 4 months ago last week while driving my coolant light came on stopped at a garage they filled up all leaked out 5mins later towed car to the 5 star rmi workshop to be told the water pump needs replacement and a claim was sent to them. Only to get feedback ots declined ..My premium is R711 pm . IT WAS DECLINED DUE TO water pump is wear and tear i later found out from other workshops aswell all said mechanical failure .How can they assume it was existing fault if i drove over 6000km from the date of signing..Then they lie and tell me da rubber seal internally gave up and dat was causing leak..WHEN THEY DID NOT SEND ANY1 TO ACESS BUNCH OF ****S!Just dont wana pay..And hw can i drive over 6000km with a faulty damaged water pump..Please i want answers bec now my car is stripped and they dont even wana cover cost for workshop who stripped to acess.Please refund me for the past months ill get my car repaired on my own unproffesional.****s.pathethic..i want answers who went inspected the water pump and i will copy and paste lies wat they told me
