MVIA Insure not honoring their policy
Here we go again. Same thing , different day. We are yet another consumer who has bought and paid for a Vehicle warranty policy from MVIA only to have a valid claim for a timing belt failure refuted. Their stance is that a timing belt failure is not a sudden and unforeseeable failure - laughable. Off to Insurance ombudsman to enforce our rights.

20 Sept 2024, 10:01I have one Question : Why do we have to go to this extent to get you to take our claim seriously. You have had two review opportunities before we have gone public. Now busy with sending the ombudsman our complaint.
