MVIA Insure making me a cash ***.

Good day

I trust you are doing well.

Last week I took my car for service as it was due and I always insure my car ever since the manufacturer service run out. I made the call to notify my insurer that my car is due and which contact details the RMI or Car dealer must used to claim. They did provide details and notified me that I am fully covered for major and minor service.

Then I booked my car with full of confident and understanding I am safe and sound for service. Shockley MVIA could not pay the quote fully and reject fully payment not explaining reason why as I am fully covered for any services to be done or conducted in my car. I paid up the waiting period of 4 months but it was never mentioned to me that they are not paying all services yet I am described fully covered client. I had to cash out for the service of my car but I am paying MVIA to cover and relieve me when it comes to services but they never informed me on time that I am covered for certain percentage as their action shows me that way.

I sent them a mail asking about this ******** behavior, to be honest no one seem to take my case serious and I also felt as one of people that always come to this platform it is necessary to share with South Africans. I do understand English is not my first language but to be fully covered means at any cost your policy receive quote it must be paid in fully. Such insurance company do need to be more exposed as they make us cash ***s along their regulations of ******** clients money when the cost of living is very high in our country.

Thank you.

Kind regards
