MVIA INSURE

Please don't make use of this service as all aspects of the car service will not be covered. MVIA has promised that they would cover the WHOLE SERVICE. Today after 14 months of paying, I am unable to get the FULL service done on my vehicle as MVIA declined to pay for essential parts which form part of my car service.

When I spoke to Nicole Cupido (call centre agent) I was told that there is no way she can redirect my call to a manager to try and solve this problem. Very disappointing!!!
