MVIA INSURE - CAR SERVICE PLAN
My initial review was positive, as this was before I took my vehicle in. The claiming process was quick and easy, but things got rocky when the car was at the dealership. I took it in yesterday and even as I’m typing this my car is not yet released by the dealership due to payment delays.
It was finally confirmed by MVIA that payment is scheduled for 15h30 today. The money needs to be cleared in the dealership’s account before they release the vehicle. This is day 2 now without a car. Who doesn’t know that servicing a car is a 1 day process. Now I’m likely to get my car tomorrow.
