MVIA Insure .

My vehicle was due for a service on 90 000 km , i call MVIA in December to make a booking were i was told i must wait until March 2024 , again i call and make a booking and now all the sudden i have to pay 50% of the claim because my vehicle is now over 90000 km ! The service i recieved was poorley , no help from the agents at all , according to them i am at fault , i ask that they listen to my call made in December because they recorded all the calls , i pay for a service i dont received ! just want to warn other potential clients agains MVIA !
