MVIA Insurance does not care about me, nor do they LISTEN to me

I had to have my clutch replaced as it had made my car basically undriveable. It was expensive, but (I thought) at least I have a warranty with MVIA. As I got a quote, I attempted to put in a claim. The amount of admin was disheartening. I had the clutch replaced and thought I'd put the claim in later. I'm now trying to put in a claim, but the amount of admin seems like hoops one needs to jump through. I've spent hours on admin, but's it's not enough for them. I feel they don't care about their me, nor do they listen to my story. I've been paying this policy for years...it's claim time...I wish that they would show me that you care.
