Dear MVIA Insurance company,

I am writing with regards to a claim that I lodged with your company in September 2023. To date, I have not received any acknowledgement of my emails to ***re, except for one email I received on 16th October 2023. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service that I have received from your company.

I was forced to pay over R27 000.00 to a service provider for the repairs of my X2 turbos, which were covered under my insurance policy for R30 000.00. Your company offered a mere R8000.00, which is nowhere near enough to cover the costs of the repairs. I find it absolutely outrageous that your company continues to deduct premiums from my account for the past three months without providing any assistance to me.

Your lack of action in this matter is unacceptable, and I must say that I find it insulting. As an insurance company, it should be your duty to protect your clients and provide them with the support they need during difficult times. Your lack of help and support in this matter is nothing but a disgrace.

I am urging you to take immediate action and rectify the situation. It is in your best interest to do so and maintain your reputation as a company that cares about its clients. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and provide me with a satisfactory resolution as soon as possible.
