MVIA insurance

I'm paying every month for maintenance warranty and service plan but I took my car for repair of shocks and shaft at the dealership and MVIA they told me they can help me when my car is due for service and when I contact them they told me that those things are not covered. So my problem I'm paying for what while I don't get joy in this stupid and useless company if they can't help me.
