MVIA Ignoring me

I am very much disappointed by MVIA, two weeks ago i made a claim for scratch and dent. I submitted images online ang got a quote. Even though i had submitted pictures online i was asked to submit new pictures, which i did and was asked to get a new quote as they said the first quote was too high, and the method of repair was not stated. So i got another quote last week Wednesday on the 10th and was asked to submit more pictures (third time now) which i did.

Now when i send an email asking about the progress of my claim i being ignored, no response nothing. I am always the one following up on this claim. What they do not understand is that i have lost a lot of fuel going to different panel beaters to get a quote as some do not even do scratch and dent claim. Now what's the point of insuring with them when they do not even respond to their emails. Very much disappointed. Now with all this up and down i believe their trying to find ways to reject my claim.
