MVIA-complete waste of money, time, effort

This is the absolute worst company on earth. No one tells you what may be missing from the info submitted, they just keep sending the same documents. Then you send all the relevant documents and they ask for things never previously mentioned. Has this company ever heard of customer service or how customer experience impacts on the company itself? I have cancelled my policy and will make absolutely sure that I will NEVER take a product from them again. After months of trying to get a new tyre, then having to pay for it myself and then having to wait and still not paid because now they want a separate receipt to the invoice that states its paid. Why else would I have received a tyre from the supplier-surely not for free? this is the biggest load of **** PLUS the initial payments they tell you about is never what they then eventually tell you that they'll pay. The excess is excessive and the customer service is **********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BEWARE! MVIA is *********** and plain ******.
