MVIA changes your service plan policy and premium every time you claim for service, right when your vehicle is due for service

This is my second bad review with MVIA insurance for my second claim on my service plan since I've joined this insurance. And I can confidently say I am ready to find another service plan. The first time I claimed, 4 months after joining them, they changed my policy and premium right at the time when I was supposed to take my car for service. The second time I claimed they did the same thing. They changed my policy right when my car was due for service. They require you to phone them before you book your car in for service, they then use this time to change your insurance policy and increase the premium with every claim. I've been in communication with them for over a week trying to get approval for my service. Furthermore they require you to send a picture of your last service invoice and the current mileage on your speedometer, information they already have because they require the service center to send them an invoice before they pay them. MVIA is an administrative nightmare, if you want peace of mind, I would'nt recommmend this company for a service plan. I am actively looking for a new service plan, if anyone has any good recommendations, please let me know so that I can cut ties with this nightmare of a company.

Reviewer Update
Hi MVIA,

Yesterday, when I was logging a claim, I received the brand new policy with the new premium. I accepted the new policy and premium and all my new policy documents were sent to me. I registered a claim (originating almost a week prior), today, when I took my vehicle in for service and the RMI service center reached out to you with the quote, you declined the quote (and claim) on the basis of a discripency (as you worded it), a descripency addressed and solved 21 hours ago. My car is currently at the service center waiting for you to approve the claim. why is my claim being delayed?
