MVIA Car service
the worst company to do business with, been paying for 8months and trying to service my car since December 2024, was advised i should bring the car at 63000k which i did only to find out they cant assist as i need to upgrade my plan and i did exactly that as we speak my car is still at the dealer with no feedback from MVIA to authorize for the service, called them they say they havent received the claim when i try to add the Dealer on the call the lady drops my call, been holding the line for 30min now
