Mvia absolutely useless

Follow up on last review. To date the only response I received was to my review. It has not been a week and nothing has happened. I did receive an email from the saying what is wrong and how do I want it resolved. I indicated to them that I had already sent and email outlining exactly what is happening also stated that I had posted a review on hello Peter. I spoke to the mechanic at the garage. Again conflicting information. The accessor stated to the mechanic that there was damage done to the clutch and release bearing. However in his report he supposedly stated differently. We to date have not received a copy of the report. Mvia does not care at in any way and have no intention of settling claims. This was told to me directly by the mechanic that deals with claims submitted to Mvia. Stay away from them they are *******. Mvia Sies on you
