Mvia a pathetic insurer
This is a very bad service provider not only do they not inform you of your warranty plan but when you claim that's when you find out that almost nothing is covered for 2 years I have had this plan each month installments paid like clock work after 2 years I finally put in a claim only for them to tell me the components is not covered so basically they don't explain half the **** they send you a manual to tell you that you should of read it yourself I would not even recommend this insurance to my dog that's how pathetic I feel 1200 for 2years an no guarantees just pathetic

21 May 2024, 11:56So I received a call from one of your consultants basically explaining the authorization that was given in purchasing the components now it said that the claim was rejected upon explaining this your consultant tell me then that no matter if an investigation takes place my claim will still be rejected so my question now do I take legal action with the ombudsman as how you guys gave authorization an then reject a claim knowing for 2 years I paid insurance never claimed never did a debut bounce an my first actual claim you reject , I would advise anyone taking insurance never to trust mvia as this service is of utmost terrible taking money from you an then brushing it off like they owe you nothing
