MVIA a complete ****!

I took out a service plan with this **** of a insurance, they also claim to partially do maintenance and so I took the insurance that would assist with some issues I knew I might not be able to afford when the time came. I recently took my car in for a 75000k service f which MVIA says they will pay for replacement of brake pad n so I put in a claim that was approved but for not even a fraction of the amount that was needed, they than explained to me that this amount was my limit of which was never explain to me n is not even stated in their documents... Do not even consider this insurance company, it's absolutely useless n will just inconvenience you!
