MVIA

MVIA was my company which i have been paying every month for the service of my car. But last December when i told them that my car needs service they told me that my policy has been terminated two years ago When I ask them why did they not tell me about the termination because they are still debiting my account even now. I demanded my money back for two years without telling me that my policy has been terminated they declined and they told me to take the car for service. The service was surpose to be mayor service and they only authorised manor service. I took the car for that manor service which they authorised the amount of R4181.69. They are debiting my account more than R350 per month and the they owned me is more than R8000 for two years I sended many emails they i am paid up I that to take the car for mayor service and they are declining.
