Motorvaps stay away far far away, NIGHTMARE COMPANY
Motorvaps is the worst mechanical insurance company ever. I took out a policy(apparently the best there is) when I bought my H6 2014 last year March 2024. Beginning of May the gearbox started making a strange noise. I took my car to H2 Haval in Okovango. There the car stood for 5 weeks, gearbox out. I had to uber and beg lifts from friends to get to work. Eventually i ask them to put the gearbox back. Email up and down to utter frustration to me and the owners wife of H2. Motorvaps evertime ask for the same information to no avail. Everytime a different person. Now after almost 2 and a half months they ask me to take the car back again to have the gearbox removed once again, and have it assessed by an assessor(at my cost again). I find this extremely frustrating. This is the worst niggtmarr company running away from their responsibility. Stay far far away from this company....

Why Why Why, it stood at the mechanic for 5 weeks previously in the month of May. Why did you not send your assessor to the car then.
Now you want me to take my car to the mechanic again to have the gearbox stripped. How long are you going to make me wait this time. Another 5 Weeks or perhaps longer. I am not interested in what went wrong. I want my car fixed. This is why i took out a policy from you. To have peace of mind. NOT YOU RUNNING AWAY FROM YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. MY VIEW IS SIMPLE: STAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM MOTORVAPS. THEY ARE THE WORST
