Motorplan Direct POOR SERVICE
Motorplan /Mvia are disappointing. Waited.on average 45 mins to get through to anyone. Claims assessor takes extremely long to respond and then delays processing of claims by making requests like resend docs I cannot open the ones you sent My vehicle has been at audi now for 3 days because of the terrible service from MOTORPLAN DIRECT. I regret becoming a customer.

30 Mar 2023, 15:24Another day has passed and my claim is yet to be approved. Tomorrow will be 4 days without a motor vehicle because of an *********** insurer. Been on the phone for 20 min now and still no answer.
