Motor service insurance

Service is really bad, they still haven't paid for my servise since August. They are terminated to work with VW McCarthy Durban, their line of communication is very poor. I had to make a loan to take my car after a service when I already confirmed the date I'll send my car with them in the morning but they wouldn't pay.
