Most bad warranty company..

Worst service ever.. workshop submitted a claim on 04-November-2024, been a week now with no outcome except that they are trying to blame me for calling and enquire about radiator two months before my current issue with *gearbox*

1. They rejected my claim bcz they are saying delay report the issues bcz i called two months back about the issue but i called about radiator not gearbox.

2. They are saying logs shows that error started appearing on August but whn we check … the logs states that error started appearing on November the 2nd

They keep on trying to find ways on not paying my claim but the don’t have tangible evidence …

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take a warranty with these guys…
