More positive staff needed

So my experience with mvia started really bad...... Speaking to a very rude lady(staff).me trying to sort out my policy with lead to nothing And then i got a phone call from Haajiera from a whole deferent department what a pleasant lady she got me in touch with people that could actually start looking into my complaint Regarding a claim i cc her in not even regarding her department and she took action . Yet again the quote for payment of the claim was sent and 2 hours later no response trough i cc her in and sent it again suddenly i get a mail of proof of payment . She even phoned after each e mail . This lady i find is a true necessity to the company ,and more staff in mvia should learn from her she is a true asset in the company, making my life easier So out of my hart i would like to thank you haajiera for her dedication to her company PS:management take Haajiera out for lunch and reward her for her loyelty and hard work she deserves it truly
