MONEY FOR NOTHING
Worst service ever in my life debit order went of as agreed, my car breaks down DSG problem, they say I must take it to nearest RMI because of u driveable called RMI bosch to do it at my flat. They charged me R469 that was on my cost. Claims respond that the diagnosis is not clear they need 1 from VW I explained to them how because I cant drive this car is automatic they never rep****.
Now I take my car to services whereby on plan theres free hubs now they tell me the condition is pre existing didnt drive 10000 km, but every month I pay them and not complain....
