Misappropriation of production information , incompetancy of time management and failure of service delivery

I am not happy with the outcome service offered by the MVIA Insure company due to a claim a made to get my car service. I signed up for the cover last year with the trust and hope that my car will be serviced 2 times within a 12 month period. Misappropriation of production information regarding the upgrade premium that was brought to my attention in a way of deceiving me to taking up the cover which at the end result in me having to pay for my second service. Please be very careful and do your research as much as possible to avoid any uncer*****ies and disappointments. MVIA is a very bad insurance company when comes to their service pledge and time management is not their core functionality.
