I took the policy thinking that the insurance have my back, but NO, they wanted to rip me off.

I called in about 4 weeks back to make a payment and i was offered to upgrade my cover from R289.00 to R889 as i missed my second service which is 135000km ,i refused the offer as i wont be able to afford that premium... I was told that its a must, i have to upgrade it as they wont be able to cover me for 150000km....Why must i be forced to upgrade ?

What makes me furious is i called in on the 21/12/2023 to find out if my policy is up to date and if i should take my car for service ,and i was told that everything is in order in my policy i can take my car for service. On the 22/12/2023 i took my car for service ,and got a call from KIA that the is clinch on my policy, for the insurance to cover me i have to upgrade it...I AM SO DISAPOINTED AT MVIA ...I TRUSTED THEM..... WHY AM I FORCED TO UPGRADE
