Mvia is so dissapionting, signed up for a service plan when it time to take my car for service I’m being given a run around with a pathetic unprofessional service.

I signed up for a premium package meaning i can take my car to the dealer or any RMI , now i being told I pay a shortfall, I first took it to the dealer and the shortfall was to much for me so i took it to RMI (Car Service City ) and the quotation dropped from 3k from the previous one (Dealer) still I’m being subjected to a shortfall 😡😡😡😡
