I have this policy for over a year. I paid for 1st 3 service for i did not follow procedure. So for 1year I'm with them I did not claim. I followed procedure and registered my vehicle for a service. Now the drag this issue for over a month telling me someone will contact me on several occasions but no one contacted me. I phoned back after each empty promise of calling me back and had to hold on for up to 40mins on my airtime. The matter is still not resolved and want report them to the ombudsman. Please don't make use of them.
