Initially not the best service, the other call center agents are not friendly and warm. I asked for proof of insurance and I was sent a cancellation email. Secondly they are quick to respond without reading the email contents but Winnie saved the day and has given me reason to stay as a client at a time where I had doubts. Thank you Winnie, you’re excellent at your job. Keep the warm and calm spirit.
