I was completely not satisfied about the kind of service that I received at MVIA due to the reason that I gave them a quote that was free and very reasonable but they turned me away to go and do my car at a workshop that is RMI accredited when I got there

I was completely not satisfied about the kind of service that I received at MVIA due to the reason that I gave them a quote that was free and very reasonable but they turned me away to go and do my car at a workshop that is RMI accredited when I got there I was asked to pay R350 for a quote and due to the pressure that I was running under I had to allow them to service the car and rather send invoice to MVIA. After the invoice was sent they showed me their standardised rates and I ran at a loss due to their company rules.
