I received an excellent service from Siphokazi Gantana. Her knowledge of MVIA's various products was exceptional. She was very patient in educating me about the different plans and how they will suit my driving patterns. The call was initially to confirm my current service plan but the conversation extended to getting an extended service plan as i am left with few months on the current plan. Her passion to exceed client expectations led to me taking a warranty plan. After our warm and very informative session, she transfered me to the warranty plan department, and did a conference call where she have a very comprehensive introduction on the purpose before she handed over to the sales person to take me through the quotation process.
