I phoned at 16h55 knowing they close at 17h00 but hoping someone would answer my call. Zakiya answered and assured me that my claim has been handed in and that the claims department would contact me should they require further information on my claim. Zakiya was very professional and friendly! I'm hoping my claim will be handled just as efficiently as Zakiya handled my call.
