I have taken an policy with mvia but what was spoken over the phone to me and what's in the policy is totally different

I have taken an policy with mvia but what was spoken over the phone to me and what's in the policy is totally different .Mvia is only covering up to 50 % of claim and the balance of the claim i with have to pay
