I called in to confirm my booking for a servicing my vehicle, a friendly consultant named Fareez
I called in to confirm my booking for a servicing my vehicle, a friendly consultant named Fareez. He was very efficient, calm voice, client centric person. Even offered to check with a colleague and give me cal back to update me. From my previous experience the other consultants sound disengage, bored and plain rude. I am confident that not everyone at the company has attitude 🙂
