I am not happy with the turnaround time for the claim process

I am not happy with the turnaround time for the claim process. the claim was sent Friday the 23rd @ 12:00. It feels like the company is looking for every reason not to pay out the claim, even claiming there are waiting periods when there shouldn’t be any. I have just started with MVIA, and I am already having trouble. The communication between departments seems to be completely absent. clearly it was a mistake moving to MVIA
