I am disappointed that my warranty claim was rejected due to small print, even though the failed component should be covered under the engine section, which states that all engine components are covered. Despite choosing the top-tier Plan 1 with the highest level of cover, my claim was still denied. The oil pump is an integrated engine component and cannot be purchased separately, yet the wording used by the workshop was used to reject the claim. I was advised to take the most expensive plan for peace of mind, but when a mechanical failure occurred, there was no cover. I paid my monthly premiums on time and expected better service. Very disappointed.
