Horrible and terrible service ever

I took their policy last year September, via Mother Financial Services. I have both service plan and warranty plan. Today I took my vehicle to Ford, and when they were called I am told that I am not covered for the service, when I left the dealer they had authorised to pay for normal service not the cam belt replacement. After inquiring about how to cancel their policy, the dealer tells me that it wont be paid as per their email. Because I am in the process of cancelling, after being advised by their agent who assisted me that I should wait for my claim first to be paid then cancel

Now I am home without my car, as they are not responding on my emails. They ignore the fact that my intention of wanting to cancel its due to them selling me under false pretense
