Good at selling but extremely bad at customer service

Unprofessional service to the core!!! Logged a service claim and only to be informed that I'm ineligible to claim based on my current car's mileage. Bubele Daba, who sold me this policy no longer even respond to my emails after being not transparent at time of taking the plan regarding the service plan. My dispute has not even responded to a week later. Very disappointed to say the least.
