Full of REGRET!!!!! WORST of the WORST

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Worst communication, unrealistic and ZERO I mean ZERO effort to make the customer claiming process easy. Unrealistic demands to get them to pay for my service, now I'm requested to pay for the service. Unfortunately there is no 0 star rating because this is the works experience I've ever had!!! what a waste.
